Michelle Ha is an Integrative Mental Health Clinician and doctoral candidate in clinical psychology with extensive experience supporting individuals through chronic stress, burnout, trauma, and major life transitions. Her doctoral research explores clinician burnout, resilience, and the role of transformative healing practices in sustaining long-term well-being, reflecting her deep commitment to both personal and collective healing. Her background includes community mental health, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care, where she has worked closely with individuals navigating complex emotional and environmental challenges.

Michelle takes a warm, collaborative, and whole-person approach to healing, integrating evidence-based practices with nervous system regulation, lifestyle balance, relational insight, and emotional resilience. She believes healing is not simply about reducing symptoms, but about restoring connection to self, creating sustainable change, and cultivating a deeper sense of vitality and purpose.

She is also the founder of The Hā Method, a framework inspired by the Hawaiian concept of ha, or breath—the breath of life—which guides her approach to deep life transitions, self-reconnection, and integrative healing. Her work extends beyond traditional sessions into immersive retreat experiences designed to support restoration, insight, and meaningful transformation.
