Hitomi Otagiri

Dr. Hitomi Otagiri is a licensed naturopathic physician with training in regenerative medicine, integrative therapeutics, and patient centered care. She combines evidence informed naturopathic medicine with modern clinical tools to help patients restore function, optimize health, and support long term wellness.

Dr. Otagiri earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Irvine, where she earned a degree in Biological Sciences and Medical Humanities. This academic background reflects her strong foundation in human biology alongside a thoughtful understanding of the human experience of health and disease.

Her clinical interests focus on regenerative therapies, hormone optimization, IV nutrient therapy, and whole-body longevity focused care. She takes a root cause approach, addressing lifestyle, metabolic health, and physiological balance to create individualized treatment plans.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Otagiri has extensive experience in medical education. She has served as an anatomy and physiology instructor at the college level, teaching future healthcare professionals’ foundational concepts in human biology and disease. This educator's background shapes her clinical style, allowing her to clearly explain complex medical concepts and actively involve patients in their care.

Dr. Otagiri has also participated in international and underserved community medical work, providing care to patients in resource limited settings. These experiences have reinforced her commitment to ethical, compassionate, and patient first medicine.
